1. Punahou (8-0)

The Buffanblu sat and watched Kamehameha and Saint Louis battle in their ILH Postseason semifinal Saturday as the regular-season champion and recipient of a bye into Friday's final. Punahou's defense is yielding a Division-I best 8.4 points and has held six of its eight opponents on the year to eight points or less, including three shutouts. One of those shutouts came against Kamehameha - Punahou's opponent this week - when the teams met in the regular season back on Aug. 14. The Buffanblu won that game, 24-0.

2. Kamehameha (9-1)

The Warriors got big performances on offense (39 rushes for 230 yards and two touchdowns by Kainoa Simao), defense (four passes deflected and a sack by Mika Tafua) and special teams (made field goals of 41 and 43 yards by TJ Fitzsimmons) in their win over Saint Louis Saturday. Kamehameha has outscored the opposition, 201 to 61 during its current four-game winning streak. Simao, who began the season as the third-string running back, leads the state with 1,164 yards on just 142 carries (8.2 yards per rush).

3. Mililani (8-1)

The Trojans got six sacks and three takeaways (two interceptions and an fumble recovery) from its defense, which did not allow a score in Saturday's OIA Red quarterfinal win over Leilehua. Defensive end Kelii Padello had two sacks - as did Rex Manu - to up his season total to a 12. Running Vavae Malepeai carried 25 times for 159 yards and scored a pair of touchdowns against the Mules. He has a state-leading 15 rushing touchdowns and is two yards away from the reaching the 1,000-yard mark on the season.

4. Saint Louis (6-3)

This week: Season over

The Crusaders are done for the year following their 6-point loss to Kamehameha Saturday. Quarterback Ryder Kuhns passed for 278 yards and three touchdowns, but was intercepted twice. He finished with 1,911 pass yards and 25 touchdowns against six interceptions - five of which came in two losses to the Warriors. Wide receiver Devan Stubblefield hauled in 12 receptions for 223 yards - both season-highs - and two touchdowns. Stubblefield ranks third in D1 with 821 receiving yards on the year with 12 touchdown grabs.

5. Campbell (7-2)

This week: vs. No. 6 Farrington

The Sabers came off a bye week as the OIA Red West No. 2 seed and easily handled McKinley in their quarterfinal Friday. The Campbell defense intercepted three passes - two by Abiel Taito, including a 44-yard pick-6 - and held the Tigers to 209 yards of total offense. Quarterback Isaac Hurd factored into three touchdowns (two rushing, one passing) and running back Austin May contributed 99 rushing yards, a rushing touchdown and a receiving touchdown. The Sabers blew open a 14-13 lead by scoring 26 straight points to end the game.

6. Farrington (7-2)

This week: at No. 5 Campbell

The Govenors staved off an upset bid by Kapolei in their OIA Red quarterfinal Friday. Quarterback Montana Liana passed for 210 yards and two touchdowns - both to wide receiver Jacob Baguio, who finished with a season-high five receptions for 121 yards. He caught a 15-yard scoring strike in the second quarter to put Farrington ahead 10-7 and pulled down the go-ahead 80-yard TD pass midway through the fourth quarter to break a 10-all tie. The Red East top-seed Governors have won seven straight games since starting 0-2.

7. Kahuku (6-3)

This week: vs. No. 3 Mililani

The Red Raiders jumped out to a 17-0 lead en route to a easy 25-point win over Waianae in their OIA Red quarterfinal Friday. Running back Soli Afalava ran for a 162 yards and a touchdown on 18 carries in his first game back from a broken collarbone and torn shoulder ligaments. It was the most rushing yards in a single game by a Kahuku player all season. In fact, it was just the third time this year that the Red Raiders had a player go over 100 rushing yards in a game. Both Afalava and fullback PJ Liua eclipsed the century mark against Kaimuki.

8. Waianae (7-3)

The Seariders saw their season come to a conclusion at Kahuku in the OIA Red quarterfinal round for the third straight year with Friday's loss at Carleton E. Weimer Field. Quarterback Kekoa Kaluhiokalani passed for 273 yards with a touchdown and Ronald Matautia ran in two short touchdowns, but Waianae was unable to overcome a 17-0 first-quarter deficit. The Seariders allowed 339 yards by the Red Raiders, including 248 rushing yards, and was held to minus-18 yards rushing offensively, largely due to seven sacks allowed.

9. Kapolei (6-4)

This week: Season over

The Hurricanes will be handing in their pads this week after seeing their season end at the hands of the Govs five times since the 2007 season, including four times in the OIA Red quarterfinal round. Farrington remains as the only OIA team that Kapolei has never beaten. The 'Canes rushed for 206 yards with seven different ball carries in their 7-point loss Friday. Mana Reis had 119 all-purpose yards (67 rushing and 52 receiving) and Triston Pebria added 65 rushing yards and scored Kapolei's only touchdown on a 29-yard run in the second quarter.

10. Leilehua (6-4)

This week: Season over

The Mules held rival Mililani to a season-low 21 points, but were also held to a season-low 9 points offensively in their OIA Red quarterfinal loss Saturday at John Kauinana Stadium. Defensive lineman Maake Muti had two of his team's three sacks and recovered a fumble and linebacker Sione Haunga returned another Mililani fumble for a 64-yard scoop-and-score. The defense also forced a safety, but the offense allowed six sacks, generated just 152 yards and was held scoreless.
