Waipahu's Tusitala chosen OIA West Player of the Year




Waipahu senior Isaac Tusitala was selected as the Oahu Interscholastic Association Western Division boys' volleyball Player of the Year.

Ernest Balignasay of Leilehua was picked as the division's Coach of the Year.

The all-star selections were made by the Western Division coaches.
