Offensive Player of the Year: Trystn Lee "Hiki" Kim Choy-Keb-Ah Lo, Aiea, SE, Sr.

With a stat line longer than his name, Kim Choy-Keb-Ah Lo put up video game-like numbers for Na Alii both in the run game and as a favorite target of QB Caizel Jesus-Kapesi. "Hiki" scored nine times on the ground and 12 times via the pass, finishing the season with 78 receptions for 1067 yards and added another 358 via the rush. He had a pair of 11 reception games during the regular season, a 162 yard, two TD game against Waianae and a 260 yard explosion with two more scores against Nanakuli. Kim Choy-Keb-Ah Lo also played on the defense, registering two picks (one for a score) and two sacks, and even contributed a pair of PATs as the kicker.

Defensive Player of the Year: Benjamin Honebein, Kailua, DL, Sr.

Honebein capped off his career by bringing a state title to the east side. He was the engine of a Surfriders' defense that held opponents to just under 56 rushing yards per game and allowed just 23 points in 12 quarters of play in the state tourney. The senior edge had 11 sacks on the season and added three fumble recoveries (one for a score) and six pass break ups. Against Konawaena in the state semis, Honebein had seven total tackles, five of them for loss, and a fumble recovery, and added a seven yard touchdown reception for good measure. On offense, Honebein only had four catches on the season, but made the most of them, scoring on three.

Coach of the Year: Joseph Wong, Kailua

Wong brought his alma mater its first ever state title in football, as the Surfriders rallied for a late score to take the lead and sealed the win with a Keoki Cypriano interception in a 13-9 win over defending champ Kapaa. The OIA Division I champions posted 10 straight wins to close out the season, including back-to-back victories over Aiea, one in the league title game and the other in the first round of states. The Surfriders lose a number of key cogs to graduation, including DPOY Honebein and first team selections Packs Ahovelo, Cypriano, Shaison Hosino-Marquez, Isaiah Keaunui-Demello, Delton Kurahashi-Choy Foo, TJ Smith, Micah Sua, Uluaki Tatafu, and Esaiah Wong.
