University of West Virginia recruit Jabarie Hinds poured in 30 points Tuesday night to carry Mount Vernon (N.Y.) to a 69-57 victory over Dr. Phillips (Orlando, Fla.) in the third-place game of the 27th Annual 'Iolani Prep Classic.

Mount Vernon is ranked No. 14 in USA Today's Super 25; Dr. Phillips is No. 45 in ESPN Rise's latest rankings.

Dr. Phillips actually led, 31-28, at halftime, but the Knights overtook the Panthers with a 24-9 advantage in the third period and then pulled away even more in the fourth before Dr. Phillips made one last push in the final minute.

Hinds, a 6-foot-1 senior, mixed in four 3-pointers with an array of spectacular drives to the basket and short pull-up jumpers.

Keenan Green and Rashawn Powell each had 10 points to lead the Panthers.
