No. 7 'Iolani's defense had a hand in three touchdowns, two directly, to knock off Pac-Five, 31-8, to clinch the Interscholastic League of Honolulu Division II championship Friday at Aloha Stadium.

The Raiders (6-3 overall, 4-2 ILH) are the second team to clinch a Division II state tournament berth. Lahainaluna. the Maui Interscholastic League's Division II champ, clinched a state berth last weekend.

Linebacker Cody Petro-Sakuma returned an interception 48 yards and defensive back Reid Saito returned another pick 89 yards for Raider TDs. Also, DB Keahi Hogan's 50-yard interception return to the Pac-Five 5 set up 'Iolani's first TD of the game, a five-yard run by RB Ammon Baldomero that increased the Raiders' lead to 10-2.

In all, 'Iolani had four interceptions. DB Geovar Agbayani also had a pick for the Raiders, who also had four sacks, including one that Matt Padaca forced a fumble.

The Raiders got on the board first with a 35-yard field goal by Jordan Lee.

But the Wolf Pack (2-7, 1-5) got a safety when 'Iolani QB Reece Foy intentionally grounded a pass in the end zone to pull Pac-Five to 3-2.

But Hogan's pick started the momentum for 'Iolani.
