Kailua HS seeking head coaches for Air Riflery, Swimming


Kailua High School Athletic Department is currently looking for a Head Coaches for the following:

Air Riflery Program

This position will be responsible for all aspects of the Air Riflery program. Some duties include: compliance with all state, league, and school policies, regulations and procedures, effective delivery of instruction as it relates to teaching/coaching of Air Riflery, staffing, monitoring of grades, supervisory responsibilities, character development, and developing a productive and positive relationship with the school and community. Be able to do any duties asked of by the Principal and Athletic Director.

Minimum requirements: Previous coaching experience, high school level preferred, NFHS Fundamentals of Coaching Certified, conducts self in an ethical and professional manner, handles administrative responsibilities appropriately and effectively, and is able to communicate effectively with all role groups and work well with people.

Swimming Program

This position will be responsible for all aspects of the Swimming program. Some duties include: compliance with all state, league, and school policies, regulations and procedures, effective delivery of instruction as it relates to teaching/coaching of Swimming, staffing, monitoring of grades, supervisory responsibilities, character development, and developing a productive and positive relationship with the school and community. Be able to do any duties asked of by the Principal and Athletic Director.
