A low-scoring affair over the course of two days resulted in a 6-0 Campbell win over Nanakuli in the third place game of the OIA flag football playoffs.
The Sabers scored the game's only touchdown on an 11 yard run by Kealohilani Akana at the 4:48 mark of the first quarter, in a game that saw both teams accumulate less than 200 yards of total offense each.
The 3 p.m. restart on Monday was the third time change for the contest between the two teams, as the Saturday game was initially set to precede the OIA title game between Moanalua and Mililani, but eventually was pushed back to follow that contest, starting well after 8:30 p.m.
In the second half, which was held in soggy conditions at Nanakuli High School, saw the Sabers not attempt a single pass in the final two quarters.
Both Campbell and Nanakuli will represent the OIA in the upcoming state tournament.
