Dillon Reis ran for three touchdowns and Jesse Shinagawa threw a pair of touchdown passes to lead Kaiser to a 34-21 win over visiting Kalaheo Saturday.
The Cougars scored in each quarter and finished with 376 yards of total offense. Reis, a senior running back, carried 17 times for a season-high 107 yards, while Shinagawa threw scoring strikes to Caleb Hamasaki and Keo Lapera.
Timote Kupu, Taiyo Fuji and Jesse Oku each recorded an interception for Kaiser defensively.
Jude Weber threw for 168 yards and three touchdowns to lead Kalaheo offensively. Chance Baqui was on the receiving end of two of Weber's scoring passes.
The Cougars improved to 2-1 overall and 1-1 in the Oahu Interscholastic Association Division II standings. The Mustangs fell to 2-1 overall and 1-1 in league play.
Kalaheo was coming off of a 72-14 drubbing of Kalani and will look to rebound when it takes on Roosevelt next Saturday at Kailua's Alex Kane Stadium.
Kaiser bounced back from a 22-21 loss to Castle a week ago and will host rival Kalani Friday at Cougar Stadium.
