Liatama Amisone, Kapolei, QB, Sr. – Accounted for 47 total TDs in 2023; threw for 2,483 yards with 33 TDs and ran for 1,067 yards and 14 more TDs; ranked second in Open Division in rushing yards
Titan Lacaden, Saint Louis, SB, Sr. – Registered 84 receptions for 1,019 yards and 12 TDs as a junior last fall; averaged 113.2 receiving yards per game; First Team All-Hawaii selection
Kaina Kamohalii, Kapolei, WR, Jr. – Caught 65 passes for an Open Division-best 1,199 yards and 16 TDs in 10 games as a sophomore; All-Hawaii Second Team selection
Kini McMillan, Mililani, QB, Sr. – Threw for Open Division-best 42 TDs against just six INTs during junior season; Completed 68.1 percent of passes and also ran for 11 TDs; First Team All-Hawaii selection
Jaron-Keawe Sagapolutele, Campbell, QB, Sr. – Led Open Division with 3,757 passing yards in 2023; completed 64.1 percent of passes with 37 pass TDs against 12 INTs; Second Team All-Hawaii selection
Onosai Salanoa, Mililani, WR, Sr. – Led team in both receptions (47) and receiving yards (836) in 2023; averaged 17.8 yards per catch and totaled 11 receiving TDs; All-Hawaii First Team selection
Tana Togafau-Tavui, Mililani, WR, Sr. – Coming off of season-ending injury that limited him to just three games for Campbell in 2023; was All-OIA Open Division Offensive Player of the Year as a sophomore in 2022

Kaimana Carvalho, Kahuku, DB, Sr. – Had eight interceptions and two defensive TDs as a junior; All-Hawaii First Team selection
Isaiah Iosefa, Mililani, LB, Sr. – Recorded six tackles for loss, two interceptions and a defensive TD as a junior at Waipahu; All-Hawaii Division I First Team selection
