Monday night madness.

Reigning OIA champion Campbell outlasted Moanalua in a double overtime thriller, 57-55, in the second semifinal at Pearl City's gymnasium.

Aliyah Bantolina scored 24 points — including the game-tying layup to force overtime — to help lead the Sabers into the league Division I title game against Kahuku Wednesday night.

Campbell (17-4 overall, 12-0 OIA) will be trying for its third straight championship while the Red Raiders (16-5, 13-0) is trying to claim their 10th league crown.

Also scoring in double figures for the Sabers was Janalyn Sotelo with 15 points and Taysia Molina-Schulte with 10 points.

Turnovers was the difference in this one as Na Menehune (13-10, 11-2) committed 29 turnovers to Campbell's 19. Sotelo, Bantolina and Cayden Parado each had five steals apiece as the Sabers totaled 19 total takeaways.

Campbell held the advantage early and led by as many as 16-5 in the first quarter. The Sabers' largest lead came at the 2:36 mark of the second quarter when they led 27-14, but they gave up a 10-0 run to close the half to make it a one-possession game at the break.

Rheanna Nobleza scored 20 points, Akaecia Mateo had 18 and Shailoh Liilii posted a double-double of 16 points and 14 rebounds to lead Moanalua in the loss.
