EWA BEACH - Taysia Molina-Schulte and Tehani Docktor combined for 33 points and No. 4 Campbell downed visiting Radford, 53-40, in Oahu Interscholastic Association Western Division girls' basketball Wednesday night.

Molina-Schulte led all scorers with 20 points and accounted for four of her team's seven 3-point field goals to help the Sabers (7-4 overall, 2-0 OIA) to their second consecutive league victory. Docktor followed with 13 points, including one 3-pointer.

Julissa Bollinger led the Rams (7-2, 1-1) with 13 points, followed by Jirah Villanueva's 12 points, including two of the team's three 3-pointers.

The Sabers were aided by 7-of-20 shooting from behind the arc, but their free-throw shooting was a dismal 2 of 10.

The Rams were hampered by 21 turnovers, 12 coming in the first half. Despite the giveaways, the Rams managed to pull to within 18-17 after Villanueva's 3-pointer early in the second quarter. But the Sabers closed the half with an 11-2 run to take a commanding 29-19 lead at the half.

Although the Rams opened the second half with the first two baskets to pull to 29-23, the Sabers used a 13-4 run to take a 42-27 lead after three quarters.

Although Radford outscored the Sabers, 13-11 in the fourth quarter, the Rams could not overcome the double-digit deficit.

Next up for Campbell is Waipahu at home, while Radford travels to Leilehua. Both games are next Wednesday.
