Led by Wendell Harrison's three rushing scores, Radford picked up its first win of the season and a spot in the OIA Division I playoffs after knocking out Castle, 33-24, in a regular season finale for both teams at the Knights' field.
The Rams (1-6 overall, 1-5 OIA) trailed for three quarters but outscored the Knights (1-5 overall, 0-5 OIA) 13-3 in the final period to extend their season.
Radford clinched the third seed in group B and will face second seed Leilehua from group A in the first round.
Harrison had 216 scrimmage yards with 152 rushing yards on 14 carries and caught three passes for 64 yards.
Tyrese Miller and Michael Robinson each caught touchdown passes from Afi Togafau, who completed 16 of his 29 pass attempts for 227 yards without an interception.
Castle went ahead 24-20 in the fourth quarter after Aztin Pitt's 21-yard field goal.
Radford reclaimed the lead and never looked back with Miller's 22-yard touchdown reception to make it, 26-24, and Harrison shut the door on the Knights with a 83-yard touchdown run.
Ezekiel Totten rushed for a pair of 4-yard touchdowns in the first and third quarter and had a game-high 163 yards on 24 carries in the Knights' season-ending loss.
