Farrington got all it could handle from Castle, but a late score coupled with a game-sealing fumble recovery equated to a 24-20 win on the road for the Govs.

The win marked the second straight for Farrington, who earned its first win of the year, 42-0, over Radford a week ago.

Kilinahe Aki got the scoring started for Farrington with a fumble recovery in the end zone, then sealed the game with another recovery with just 38 seconds left to ice the victory.

Coby Tanioka put on a show with 151 receiving yards and 2 total touchdowns, one a 59 yard reception and the other a game-tying score on a three yard run at the 9:22 mark of the third quarter.

Jason Felipe put the Govs back in front with a 42 yard field goal at the 10 minute mark of the fourth, but Castle vaulted back into the lead after Jesse Reppuhn intercepted a pass and took it back the other way 39 yards to make it a 20-17 game with 4:30 to go.

Farrington rallied, capping a drive off with a 17 yard pass from Chansen Smith to Ikaika Kuaana-Lacno with just 58 ticks left on the clock, just the sixth completed pass in the game for the Govs.

Kuaana-Lacno scored twice for the Govs (1 rush, 1 rec) and racked up a total of 105 yards of offense (80 rush, 25 rec) in the win.

Castle outgained Farrington, 307 to 275.
