Campbell took advantage of four Kapolei errors for a 8-3 road win Wednesday afternoon in OIA Division-I West play.
The Sabers needed just four hits to pick up the win as they improve to 2-0 on the season.
Deion Jones led of the top of the first inning with a double to center field after sitting on three balls and one strike. He would later score off an error on the Hurricanes' third baseman.
Jiovanni Tafisi scored Kapolei's first run of the game in the bottom of the second after getting on with a one-out double. He would later score off an error by the Sabers' center fielder.
Campbell scored three runs in the top of the third to take the lead for good. Cason Eliptico-Quinata scored the go-ahead run off a passed ball with two outs. A single by Kayne Carlos drove in Dallas Alapai and Shaun-Lee Saito to put Campbell up, 4-1.
The Hurricanes trimmed the lead in the bottom of the third, but the Sabers put up four runs in the fifth inning to put the game out of reach for the home team.
Xavier Streadbeck earned the pitching win, scattering six hits with three strikeouts in five innings of work.
Landen Sandford was tagged for the pitching loss, laboring through three innings on 90 pitches before getting chased out of the game. He was the Hurricanes' most efficient player at the plate however, going 3-for-4.
