Farrington struggled and needed to rally to take the second set, but it got the job done nevertheless and is moving on in the OIA Division I playoffs.
Camilla Chun put down 14 kills and Alelujah Faamasino added 10 kills for the Governors (8-3) in their 25-13, 26-24, 25-13 win over visiting Leilehua Wednesday night.
Farrington will move on to take on Kapolei Thursday at Moanalua in a 5:30 p.m. contest.
Trinity Tatupu had seven kills to lead the Mules (4-7) in their season-ending loss.
