Sophomore quarterback Jayden Maiava threw for three touchdowns and added another on the ground to lead Kaimuki over PAC-5, 34-12, in both teams' season opener at Skippa Diaz Stadium at Kusonoki Field Friday night.

Maiava ran in a 4-yard score in the first quarter and threw all of his TD passes in the second half, which included two scoring strikes to Koby Moananu.

Laitin Bradley recovered a fumble in the end zone and Kaala Tam caught a 29-yard TD pass to lead the Wolfpack in the loss.
