Waialua defeated visiting Christian Academy, 44-36, in a preseason contest Monday night.

Trinity Ozoa scored a game-high 19 points and Amaya Montero added 11 more to lead the Bulldogs.

Joy Luna poured in 18 points to lead the Patriots, who played with just five players.
