Host Kaiser handed Kalaheo its first loss of the season with a 25-12, 25-15 win in Oahu Interscholastic Association Eastern Division play Thursday night.

The Cougars, ranked ninth in the ScoringLive/Hawaiian Electric Boys Volleyball Power Rankings, got six kills from Jacob Summers and Jon Stanley added five kills, three solo blocks and two aces as they improved to 5-0 in league play.

The Mustangs (4-1) were led by Tyler Wemple's match-high seven kills in the loss.
