Five players scored in double figures and No. 4 Iolani routed visiting Kahuku, 88-47, Monday in a regional first-round game of the Snapple Division I state girls basketball tournament.
The Raiders will play third-seeded Lahainaluna in Thursday's quarterfinals at McKinley. Tip off is scheduled for 7 p.m.
Sisilia Kaufusi, who played the full 32 minutes, led all scorers with 25 points for the Red Raiders, whose season has ended since there is no consolation games in the regional format.
Tori Maeda led a quintet of double-digit-scoring Raiders with 16 points. Kyra Tanabe came off the bench to add 15, while Kellie Okamura added 14, Alexis Huntimer had 12 and Lili Lefotu Wahinekapu had 11.
The Raiders scored at least 21 points in each of the first three quarters.
Kahuku turned over the ball 31 times, 21 in the first half alone that helped Iolani take a commanding 50-28 lead at the break.
