Braves to hold tryouts for prep players

The Atlanta Braves will he hosting a tryout camp 11 a.m. July 23 at Pearl City High's baseball field.

Check-in is at 10:15 a.m.

Scout Dan Cox said the tryout is open to high school classes of 2018 to 2021.

Those attending must sign waivers. Those playing American Legion must get permission letters the post commander.
