As 2016 draws to a close, we took some time to compile the top ten most viewed stories from the past year here on ScoringLive.

We've been blessed to have the opportunity to be your source for Hawaii High School athletics, and look forward to bring you all the action again in 2017.

Here's the list, counting down from the tenth most looked at to the most viewed:

10. Tagovailoa helps No. 2 Saint Louis march past No. 3 Punahou, 64-44 (Sept 10)

Tagovailoa accounted for nine total touchdowns to help second-ranked Saint Louis overwhelm No. 3 Punahou, 64-44 in an Interscholastic League of Honolulu Division I contest at Hawaiian Tel Federal Credit Union Field at Aloha Stadium.

9. Kahuku plows through Farrington for 25th OIA crown (Oct. 29)

Freshman quarterback Sol-Jay Maiava accounted for four scores to help Kahuku dominate Farrington, 44-8, in the OIA Division I championship game at Hawaiian Tel Federal Credit Union Field at Aloha Stadium Friday night.

8. No. 8 Kapolei stuns No. 5 Mililani, 40-12 (Sept 5)

Taulia Tagovailoa passed for 365 yards and four touchdowns to help pull the Hurricanes into a tie for first in the OIA D1 Red.

7. Kahuku silences Kapolei, 54-7 (Nov 11)

Red Raiders handily beat Hurricanes to advance to the inaugural Open Division state football championship next Saturday at Aloha Stadium.

6. Hurricanes rock Punahou, 33-21; Kahuku next (Nov 5)

Taulia Tagovailoa passed for five scores, four to Jaymin Sarono, to help Kapolei defeat the Buffanblu in the opening round of the Open Division state tournament.

5. Waianae's Rosario, Kahuku's Ah-Hoy tops in All-OIA D1 Blue selections (Nov 2)

The Waianae junior RB had a strong showing in his first full season on the varsity level while former Kahuku RB Kesi Ah-Hoy excelled in an offseason move to safety.

Taking a look at the highest seed that each team can finished with as the Oahu Interscholastic Association Division I regular season wraps up this weekend.

3. Rosters announced for Life Champion Senior Bowl (Dec 8)

The University of Alabama-bound quarterback threw for 243 yards and rushed for another 136 with two total touchdowns as the Crusaders denied the Red Raiders a second straight crown.
