All Oahu Interscholastic Association Football games scheduled for Saturday, Sept. 3 have been postponed, according to OIA Football director Harold Tanaka.
The double header scheduled at Aloha Stadium has been pushed back to Monday, Sept. 5. The varsity contest between Waipahu and Roosevelt will begin at 4 p.m. with the matchup between Farrington and Leilehua to follow. Kapolei's road trip to Mililani has also been rescheduled for Monday. Junior varsity begins at 4 p.m. with varsity to follow.
Kaimuki's non-league matchup with Faith Lutheran (Las Vegas) has been moved to Sunday at Aloha Stadium. Kickoff is slated for 10 a.m.
Two OIA Division II contests that were scheduled for Saturday have been moved to next month. Pearl City will travel to Waialua on Oct. 14 while McKinley and Kalani faces off on Oct. 15.
On Tuesday afternoon, the Big Island Interscholastic Federation announced it was postponing all athletic events for the remainder of the week. Football games have been rescheduled for the weekend of Oct. 14-15, with dates to be determined for all other sports.
