National Football Foundation to honor 12 student-athletes


Twelve senior Hawaii high school student-athletes will be honored Sunday at the National Football Foundation Scholar-Athlete Awards Banquet Sunday at the Royal Hawaiian Hotel, Monarch Room.

A committee selected the players based on athletic ability, academic achievement and community service.

This year's selections are:

Louis Keala Santiago, Jr. Kahuku, S

Anterrio Gainwell, Jr., Leilehua, S

McKenzie Milton, Mililani, QB
