HHSAA press releaseNovember 15, 2015, 2:42pm
Tickets for the First Hawaiian Bank/HHSAA Football State Championship doubleheader go on sale Monday, Nov. 16, at the Aloha Stadium box office and all Oahu First Hawaiian Bank branch locations.
The teams are set for the Friday, Nov. 20 finale at Aloha Stadium, and title sponsor First Hawaiian Bank is helping alleviate long lines by selling special discounted general admission tickets for $9 during their business hours through game day, while supplies last. FHB accepts cash, checks, Visa Card, Master Card, and travelers checks.
Senior and student tickets will not be available at FHB branches, but may be purchased ahead of time at the Aloha Stadium main box office during their business hours (M-Th 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Friday 9 a.m. to halftime of Division I game).
Tickets at the Aloha Stadium box office are $12 general admission, and $5 for students grades K-12 and seniors ages 62 and over. Stadium transactions are cash only.
The Division II title game features OIA champion #2 Radford (12-0) and KIF champion #1 Kapaa (9-0), kicking off at 4:30 p.m., followed by the Division I championship between ILH champion #2 Saint Louis (9-1) and OIA champion #1 Kahuku (12-0) at 7:30 p.m.
"The HHSAA thanks First Hawaiian Bank for allowing their branches to sell general admission tickets at this special price," said Chris Chun, executive director of the HHSAA. "The HHSAA appreciates First Hawaiian Bank's long standing support of Hawaii high school athletics through their title sponsorship of our football and canoe paddling state championships."
