Defending champion Hawaii Prep Academy is the top seed for the Outrigger Hotels & Resorts Division II girls' state soccer tournament set for Feb. 18 to 21 at the Waipio Peninsula Soccer Complex.
Unlike Division I, which has a regional first round and quarterfinals, the Division II tournament will be played over four days at the same site.
Mid-Pacific is seeded second, followed by Kapaa and Waialua.
