Play ball! Leilehua's Na Opio tournament starts Saturday


Preseason baseball gets under way this weekend with Leilehua's Na Opio tournament.

Games will be played primarily at Howard K. Oda Baseball Field at Fred Wright Park with a number of games played at school sites.

The tournament runs Saturday, Sunday and Monday.

Here is the schedule:

Saturday
At Howard K. Oda Baseball Field
Kamehameha vs. Leilehua, 10 a.m.
Castle vs. Kamehameha, 12:30 p.m.
King Kekaulike vs. Castle, 3 p.m.

At school sites
Maryknoll at Campbell, 11 a.m.
King Kekaulike at Waipahu, 11 a.m.
Radford at Kaiser, 11 a.m.
Pac-Five vs. Roosevelt at Stevenson Middle, 11 a.m.

Sunday
At Howard K. Oda Baseball Field
Leilehua vs. King Kekaulike, 8:30 a.m.
Waipahu vs. Kaiser, 10:45 a.m.
Castle vs. Maryknoll, 1 p.m.
Radford vs. Pac-Five, 3:15 p.m.
Campbell vs. Roosevelt, 5:30 p.m.

Monday
Maryknoll vs. Leilehua at Howard K. Oda, 5 p.m.
Kamehameha at Campbell, 4 p.m.
Pac-Five at Waipahu, 4:30 p.m.
Roosevelt at Radford, 4 p.m.
