808 Baseball travel team tryouts set for Saturday at MPI

Tryouts for the 808 Baseball Academy's tournaments for this year will be held Saturday at Mid-Pacific Institute's baseball field.

Middle school players' tryouts start at 10 a.m. High school players will start at 1 p.m.

Tryouts are for 18-under, 16-under and 14-under travel teams' tournaments from June to December.

There is no fee.

A fund-raising spokesman will be on hand to help defray travel expenses.
