Campbell announces its scholar athletes


Campbell High School announced the following as its scholar athletes for the 2013-14 school year:

$1,000 scholarship award winners
Female Scholar Athlete: Corrie Yoshimura (soft tennis, tennis); OIA West Soft Tennis Player of the Year. 4.25 grade point average.
Male Scholar Athlete of the Year: John-Paul Putegnat (track);  OIA 400-meter champion and 4x100-meter relay champion member. 4.35 grade point average.

Oceanic Scholarship Recipients ($500 each)
Male: Kainoa Perry (football, basketball)
Female: Sha'tres Ah Nee (soccer, track); state 4x100- and 4x400-meter relay champion member; OIA high jump champion.
