Gregorio Alip exploded for 253 yards rushing to carry the Marauders to a come-from-behind win over Kalani 28-14.

Alip carried the ball 22 times, averaging 11.5 yards per rush, and scored on a 44-yard scamper down the left sideline to put the game out of reach for the Falcons.

The Falcons led 14-7 at intermission, but the Waipahu ground game took over after the break, as the Mauraders scored 21 unanswered in the second half to secure the victory.

Kalani QB David Rasmussen passed for 183 and 2 scores, but was also picked off 3 times.

With the victory, the Marauders move to 3-0 in OIA White play, tied with Kaimuki for the division lead.

Kalani dropped to 1-1 in conference play.
