The Punahou Buffanblu debut as the top team in the first ScoringLive/OC16 Football Power Rankings of the young 2013 season.Punahou, the two-time Division I state runner-up, won its season-opener at Mililani Thursday, 24-14. The Buffanblu are followed by fellow-Interscholastic League of Honolulu teams Saint Louis and Kamehameha to round out the top three. Two-time DI state champ Kahuku, who lost to Saint Louis Saturday, 45-24, comes in at No. 4. Six teams from the Oahu Interscholastic Association Red West Conference – Waianae, Mililani, Leilehua, Campbell, Kapolei and Aiea, respectively – round out the top 10.
