Twelve more senior student-athletes were inducted into the Hawai'i High School Athletic Association Hall of Honor at an Awards Dinner on Sunday night at the Sheraton Waikiki.The inductees were chosen by a 16-person selection committee of current and former sports reporters, athletic directors and coaches, and each received a $2,000 scholarship courtesy of Enterprise Rent-A-Car.Keynote speaker for the evening was Olympic gold medalist and 1998 Castle graduate Bryan Clay. Clay is also a member of the Hall of Honor.
The HHSAA Hall of Honor, formerly known as the Nissan Hall of Honor, has been recognizing the top 12 senior student-athletes in Hawai'i each year since 1983.
