Briscoe, Talaupapa head OIA girls Track and Field all-stars


Pearl City junior Diamond Briscoe was named the West Player of the Year and Kahuku senior Kayla Talaupapa took home top honors in the East, according to the OIA.

Kaiser head coach Dennis Swartz was named East Coach of the Year and Radford's Elizabeth Patton won top coaching honors out West.
