'Iolani was the lone Hawaii team to advance to the winners' bracket on Day One of the Prep Classic, coasting to a 46-27 victory over McKinley.
The Tigers trailed by 8 after the first, and found themselves in down 30-12 at the half, as McKinley was held below double-digits in all four quarters.
Erik Yamada led a balanced attack with 9 points, one of seven Raiders that notched 4 or more points in the contest.
Next up for the host school Iolani is a matchup with Oak Hill, a 78-37 winner over Kamehameha, in Thursday's nightcap set for 8:00 p.m.
