Kalaheo's Frank tops OIA Eastern division all-stars




Kalaheo junior Nainoa Frank was selected as the Oahu Interscholastic Association Eastern Division boys' volleyball Player of the Year.

Ed Chun of Kalaheo was picked as Coach of the Year.

The all-star selections were made by the division's coaches.
