Honoka'a, Kapa'a meet again in Division II title game

Honoka'a trailed Mid-Pacific by a goal at halftime but scored four unanswered in the second frame to power through to the Division II title game of the Outrigger Hotels and Resorts/HHSAA Boys Soccer Championships.

Justin Warren booted home two goals in the 52nd and 60th minute to give the Dragons the lead, and added insurance scores by Valentino Quijano-Moeckel (74th), Robert Connors (77th) and Dylan Shiraki (80th) to put the match well out of reach.

The defending champion Dragons will take on a familiar state tournament foe in Kapa'a, a 1-0 winner over Christian Liberty in the other Divsion II semi.

Kapa'a's Trevor McCracken goal in the 35th minute was the only score in a shutout victory over the Canefire.

Honoka'a won last year's Divsion II final by a 4-1 margin.
