Girls Basketball
Konawaena, Radford receive No. 1 seeds


Konawaena is the No. 1 seed for the upcoming HHSAA/Hawaiian Airlines Division I Girls Basketball State Championships, and Radford received the top seed for the DII tournament.

Both tournaments begin Tuesday at school sites.

Here is the schedule for both:

TUESDAY

at McKinley

Game 1: Kaiser (12-4) vs. King Kekaulike (9-4), 5 p.m.
Game 2: 'Iolani (11-3) vs. Kaimuki (9-8), 7 p.m.

at Radford

Game 3: Kapolei (16-2) vs. Pearl City (9-8), 5 p.m.
Game 4: Kahuku (8-9) vs. Waiakea (13-1), 7 p.m.
