With nothing to lose and nothing to gain, the Kalani football team made sure it ended its season on a high note.

Sonny Iaea rushed for three touchdowns and a season-high 168 yards to power the Falcons over Kalaheo Friday night in an OIA Division II contest at Kaiser's Ted Fukushima Athletic Complex.

Kalani outgain the Mustangs, 365 to 198, in the contest as it snapped a four-game losing streak to finish the 2023 season with a 4-4 overall record.

Kamalu Anoba-Jordan rushed for 68 yards and two scores to lead Kalaheo (2-5) in the loss.
