It's been a while since Waialua has mercy-ruled an opponent.

The Bulldogs earned their first 35-point win since 2013 with a 49-14 over McKinley Friday night in an OIA Division II contest at Toshiyuki Nakasone Field.

Kyler Dicion tossed three touchdown passes, Storm Quilinderino rushed for 143 yards and two scores and Titus Fuiava recorded a game-high 11 tackles to help Waialua improve to 4-4 overall and 3-3 in league play.

Aaron Velasco caught a 77-yard TD pass and scored on a 90-yard kickoff return to lead the Tigers (1-7 overall, 1-6 OIA D2) in the loss.
