UPDATE: It was later ruled that Saint Francis used an ineligible player and thus had to forfeit this game as a result.
Saint Francis keeps rolling
The Saints (3-0 overall, 2-0 ILH D2) continued their winning ways with a 69-0 win over Waialua Friday night at Toshiyuki Nakasone Stadium.
Saint Francis racked up 499 yards of total offense while holding the Bulldogs (0-2 overall, 0-1 OIA D2) to just 75.
Running back Jonan "Bubbah" Aina-Chaves led the Saints' rout with 267 yards rushing and five touchdowns on 20 carries. He also ran in three 2-point conversions.
Dayton Leong also found the end zone, scoring TDs on all of his three carriers.
Saint Francis' other two scores came on a 15-yard Bubba Akana pass to Shepherd Kekahuna and a pick-six by Makana Poole.
