AIEA — Damien outscored Kalaheo by eight points in the second half to pull away for a 48-38 win on the second day of the Aiea Na Alii Invitational Friday night.

Karly Navas scored 14 points and Ilana Sagapolutele added 11 more to power the Monarchs in the preseason win.

CC Pollard led the Mustangs in the loss with a game-high 17 points.
