Damien rallied from a 4-0 deficit to capture the Interscholastic League of Honolulu Division II second round title over Saint Francis, 9-6, Saturday afternoon at Ala Wai Neighborhood Community Park.

The win forces a playoff between the two teams next Tuesday. Saint Francis, the regular season champion, will clinch the league's overall title and lone state berth if it wins on Tuesday. On the other hand, the Monarchs will need to defeat the Saints two more times to capture the ILH championship and state berth.

More to come.
