And that's a wrap!

Now that the prep sports year has come to a close, and I've had a few days to ... let's call it, decompress, it's a good time to humbly express some gratitude.

So, in a very rudimentary and to-the-point way, a simple "thank you" to all of the following:

-The coaches (for sending us all those stats, roster changes, All-Hawaii recommendations, and so much more)

-The administrators (for sending us all those schedules, for patiently answering all our questions, for the hospitality at your sites, and so much more)

-The parents (for so often taking the time to e-mail us, for sharing our links/stories/photos on your Facebook/Twitter/Instagram feeds, for buying those photos of your kids, and so much more)

-The fans (for your readership, for letting us know that we are appreciated, for helping us account for more than 12 million page views, and so much more)

-The student-athletes (for your hard work and dedication in and out of the classroom, for playing your hardest, for letting us share your stories, and so much more)

-The SL co-workers (for transcribing all those quotes, for laughing at my bad jokes, for making work fun, and so much more)

-The boss, Brien Ing (for your leadership, for your patience with my lack of patience, for your friendship, and so much more)

-The real boss, Melissa Ing (for the sacrifices you have made to allow Brien to run SL, for letting me jokingly call you 'Aunty' and not getting mad, and so much more)

-The soon-to-be wife, Stef (for always supporting me and my aspirations, for cooking dinner most nights despite sitting in traffic more than two hours each day, for your love and compassion, and so much more)
