Tia Odardi scored 14 points, Peyton Pedrozo 13 and Erica Brenner 10 to lift Island Pacific to a 45-41 overtime win over Lutheran in an Interscholastic League of Honolulu Division III game played at Hanalani Thursday night.
The Navigators (6-1) led 19-8 after the first quarter, but were outscored 27 to 12 in the second and third quarters by the Lions. Island Pacific overcame a four-point deficit to start the fourth quarter and tied it at 38 at the end of regulation before outscoring Lutheran in overtime, 7-3.
Anastasia McSwain scored a game-high 16 points and Doris Naulu added 15 for the Lions (4-4).
Island Pacific, which has won four straight, will take on Christian Academy (0-7) Saturday at Palama Settlement before a third and final meeting against Lutheran Tuesday at Hawaiian Mission.
