Kauai Interscholastic Federation champion Kauai High swept the top honors for the KIF football all-stars.The KIF submitted the all-stars to the media.Running back Reggie McFadden was named Offensive Player of the Year; linebacker James Bukoski was named Defensive Player of the Year; and Tommy John Cox was named Coach of the Year.
