Kapolei broke a scoreless tie in the fourth, and added 5 more runs in the next two frames to help Kacie Navarro hold off West top-seed Mililani, 6-3.
Navarro, who pitched a complete game in the Hurricanes 8-6 win Wednesday against Roosevelt, took the circle again and earned her second win in as many days, allowing 3 runs on 10 hits while striking out three.
Her counterpart, Joen Baker, struck out eight in the loss.
Stacia-Ai Mahoe led Kapolei at the plate with a 2-for-4 afternoon with a double and 2 runs scored.
Mililani's Kylie-Ann Bello was 4-for-4 at the dish with a double and an RBI.
The Hurricanes will face the Mules of Leilehua, who took down East second seed Kailua, 6-1, in a 5 p.m. semifinal Friday at Central Oahu Regional Park. The game will be televised live on OC16.
