Roosevelt pitcher Edison Sakata pitched all ten innings in the Rough Riders 4-3 victory on the road over Kaiser.

The Cougars jumped out to an early 3-0 advantage, but Roosevelt got it all back in one swing in the top of third courtesy of a three-run home run by Micah Matsuoka.

Then, with the score still deadlocked through 9 complete, the Rough Riders got the go-ahead run on a Reece Okura base hit, and Sakata held the Cougars off the board in the bottom of the tenth to earn a complete game victory.

Sakata also finished the afternoon 3-for-5 at the plate, scoring 2 runs, including the eventual game winner.

Jake Torigoe was 3-for-5 for the Cougars.
