Kapolei boys tabbed 46th in national ranking


The O'ahu Interscholastic Association Red West co-leaders Kapolei Hurricanes are ranked 46th nationally in the Elite Soccer Report boys' top 50, according to elitesoccereport.com.

Kapolei shares the OIA Red West lead with Mililani, both with 7-0-1 records. The teams played to a to a scoreless tie on Dec. 14.

Kapolei was the only team from Hawaii in the national ranking.

Boca Raton (Fla.) is ranked No. 1 in the nation.

Meanwhile, the OIA girls' regular season ended this week. Mililani won its 20th Western Division title, while Kaiser won its 11th.
