Community concussion workshop set for July 11




The Hawaii Concussion Awareness & Management Program (HCAMP) is hosting a Community Concussion Workshop at the Farrington High School auditorium at 6:30 p.m. on July 11, 2019.

Dr. Benjamin Chun from Kaiser Permanente and Dr. Rachel Coel from the Kapi'olani Medical Center Bone & Joint will speak on concussion recognition, return to play and return to learn protocols, as well as on concussion cases in Hawaii.

Youth and high school coaches, parents, officials, educators, healthcare professionals and any other interested individuals are welcome to attend.

After the clinic, pre-registered participants will receive a certificate of attendance.
