Armed with just a 21-20 lead at halftime, Moanalua used 12-7 advantage in the third period to squeeze past an upset-minded Kaiser squad, 44-39.
Kahanu Puulei-Auld led Na Menehune with 12 points, and Chris Hammond added 9 more points, including 2 three-pointers.
Moanalua improved to 5-2 in OIA East play, while Kaiser dropped to 3-4.
Kaiser's Cruz Kalaugher led all scorers with 13 points.
