Former NFL player Randy Taylor will present a workshop/seminar for parents and student-athletes about the college recruiting process 7 p.m. Nov. 8 at McKinley High School auditorium.

There is no admission charge.

Among the topics covered will be:

> Strategies to maximize an athlete's recruiting potential.
> Is Division I the only option?
> NCAA eligibility center.
> Time lines for college recruiting.
> Importance of character and maintaining good grades.
> The five things every student-athlete must do to get recruited.
